Practice the horizontal, dear!

Don’t go exercising on your own.

Place one foot firmly on the line and push up,
your torso upright, your core engaged.
Hold the position, switch feet.

Look straight ahead. Find a fixed point on the
planetary horizon – oceans, forests, animals.
Hold on to a hand, twigs, leaves, the air.
Share awareness, responsibility, practice the relationship.
Don’t ask “how should I?” – ask “How shall we do it together”
– and jointly move forward.
