arbeit keine arbeit
arbeit keine arbeit, 2019
Video, 9 min.
The video is a critique of what work-literary-means today. Naprushkina calls for the refusal of work and social disobedience. The video shows many images that seem to defy our collective nation of productivity: a homeless person sleeping, a pregnant belly, a woman waiting… Taken together, these images compose an anti-production video. Naprushkina, in fact, criticizes the capitalist mode of production that creates the separation of different producers both from the object they manufacture as well as from the means of production they operate.
